Crypto Fundamentals Same, Even With Bill For Systemic Risk: Hive And Hut Increase

1 min read

US government is signing a bill to protect peoples’ interests and lessen the systemic risk of cryptocurrency.

Since when does government help anyone? When you look at this you will understand that what their doing is just window dressing. Their not protecting anyone. Cryptocurrency is still high risk, just like the stock market and that is the way people like it, without government butting in.

However, for some reason some people feel better when the government get involved. Because of this look at the boom even Canadian crypto’s like Hut and Hive reacted to it.

Bitcoin, Ethereum and other major digital tokens rallied in the early hours of Wednesday, March 9, amid reports that US President Joe Biden is set to ink an executive order on cryptocurrencies later in the day.

The executive order is said to aim at addressing the framework deficiency for the development of digital assets in order to protect peoples’ interests and lessen the systemic risk. It will also reportedly mandate agencies to explore the chances of the US coming up with its own digital dollar.

Early on Wednesday, Bitcoin prices reportedly crossed the US$ 42,000-mark to hit US$ 42,427 in New York.

Bottomline

However, investors should mind that crypto stocks, like cryptocurrencies themselves, can be highly risky as their products, i.e., digital assets, are prone to wide fluctuations.
